Our daily newspapers are the heart of the media group. The circulation area of the various papers extends from the Düsseldorf region to the Dutch border, from the Bergisch land to the Aachen region, from the Eifel region into the Hunsrück region, from Saarland into the Palatinate. For readers and advertising clients the publishing house offers expert contact persons for all needs: the Reader Market attends to subscribers and individual buyers, while the Advertising Division advises clients on making the perfect ad­vertisement. Also involved is the Anzei­gen-Coope­ra­tion Nord­rhein, in which ten leading daily newspapers cooperate.

Rheinische Post

The Rheinische Post has the largest circulation of all the daily newspapers in the Rhineland. It belongs to the most renowned and most frequently quoted media in Germany and is the journalistic flagship of the media group. With around 280,000 copies the Rheinische Post reaches about 778,000 readers daily. As a regional newspaper with a national political standard it is a successful brand both journalistically and economically.

General-Anzeiger Bonn

Der Bonner General-Anzeiger ist die auflagenstärkste Tageszeitung in Bonn und dem Rhein-Sieg-Kreis mit einer täglichen Auflage von rund 65.000 Exemplaren. Der General-Anzeiger erscheint an sechs Tagen in der Woche in neun Regionalausgaben sowohl in gedruckter als auch in digitaler Form.

Saarbrücker Zeitungsgruppe

Since January 1, 2013, Rheinische Post Mediengruppe has been the majority shareholder of the Saarbrücker Zeitungsgruppe. The Saarbrücker Zeitungsgruppe employs approximately 2,700 persons and includes three daily newspapers, various magazines, advertising papers, web and iPad portals as well as IT and logistics providers, among others.

The Reader Market looks after subscribers and individual buyers of the Rheinische Post at around 13,000 locations at home and abroad. The Rhei­ni­sche Post offers its readers a detailed television magazine: the Prisma TV supplement reaches seven million readers and offers articles on lifestyle and entertainment. The ACN (Anzei­gen-Coope­ra­tion Nord­rhein) bundles advertising services for the region’s daily newspapers.

With its eight local editions the Aachener Nachrichten reaches more than 143,000 readers daily in the Aachen region and the districts of Düren and Heinsberg. The printed edition is supplemented by an online portal and an ePaper.
