Send us your invoice as a PDF, stating the order number, to the mail address given in the order.
The mail address for electronic invoice processing is rechnung-BOOKINGCIRCLE@rheinische-post.de. The BOOKING CIRCLE is a 4-digit number that can be taken from the order.

The following points must be observed:

  • Electronic invoice documents are only possible in PDF format.
  • The sender must ensure that an invoice sent electronically is not resent
    or additionally sent in paper form.
  • A PDF file is required for each invoice with any attachments.
  • Each e-mail may only contain one PDF.
  • The invoice must meet all the requirements of the VAT Act.
  • The electronic billing address is not to be used for general correspondence etc., but exclusively for the transmission of invoices.
  • For environmental reasons, we ask that you refrain from using paper invoices.
